Your ticket includes your lunch of freshly shucked oysters, a Kilpatrick skewer, and an Oyster Po Boy. Gold Melshell oysters are famous for their unique buttery flavour and beautiful gold coloured shell.  We will also give you a chance to compare our Gold Melshell oysters with our Silver Melshell oysters that are a little saltier and a purple-silver hue to their shells. We make an awesome Worcestershire sauce here and drizzle it over your bacon and oyster skewer to add a twist to the traditional Kilpatrick recipe.  The Oyster Po Boy is a fresh baguette with lettuce and special mayonnaise with deep-fried crumbed oysters on top.  Delicious.

We will also have a shucking oyster station for you to try your hand at upskilling to open your own oyster.  We will guide you and provide a chainmail glove to reduce shucking injuries! Nothing is better than a freshly shucked oyster by your own hand.

We are oyster lovers and there is nothing more we love to do than pass on oyster facts and farm stories our staff will be happy to chat with you on the day and answer any oyster queries you may have.

Our bar will be open for you to purchase drinks through out the event with local wine, Bicheno Beer selection, Spreyton Ciders both alcohol and non-alcohol varieties.  We would like non-alcohol drinkers to be well catered for and will have many options for you.  Please note there is a $10 deposit on glassware to be refunded upon return of your glass.
